The Project generally involves demolition, grading, asphalt paving, renovation of the existing play area, concrete work, repair of the existing north and south revetment walls. As part of the flood remediation, three areas of Family Camp will be repaired: 1) The fort playground area, which will include replacement of the wooden arts and craft structure, replacement of the wooden picket fence around the perimeter and replacement of the concrete retaining wall with chain-link fence on top. 2) The south and north revetment wall areas at "the pool" area will be repaired after damage from the floods caused instability. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
