The District of Columbia Department of General Services (DGS) is issuing this Request for Proposals to solicit design-build proposals from offerors interested in serving as the design-builder for the modernization of Euclid Middle School, located at 800 Euclid Street NW, Washington, DC 20001. The Project includes full design and construction services for Euclid MS, which will be approximately 141,000 square foot school facility at the site of the former Banneker High School. Euclid MS will be a new middle school program in the District of Columbia Public Schools portfolio and therefore does not have an existing student population. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
