The Scope of Work for Tarry A Deck Repair includes, in general, all materials, supplies, equipment, and labor to complete the project of removing and replacing decking and/or structural framing as shown in contract documents. The Town’s intention is to replace the second-floor deck of the Terry A While OCDC building. Contractor will be responsible for accessing existing conditions, shoring, demolition, trash removal, and installation of new work as specified on the Contract documents. Bonds required.
