Other repair items include hydroscarification, deck slab repair, sawcut grooving, approach slab repair, joint replacement, concrete sealer, structural repair of concrete, steel diaphragm replacement, reseal relief joints, slope wall repair, protective shield, Concrete approach butt joints, curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk replacement, and median replacement. IL Route 53 will remain open for the duration of the project. Maintenance of traffic plans have been prepared. Federally funded project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
