Summary Scope of Work: Provide and install a clean agent fire suppression system in the existing Data Center as the primary fire protection system and convert the existing data room wet pipe sprinkler system to a double inter-lock dry pre-action secondary system. See attached for detailed requirements. All bidders must be classified with DPMC with one of the following trades: General Construction (C008) or General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009). Bidder must be classified themselves or name their classified subcontractors for the following trades: HVACR (C032) & Electrical (C047). Type of Construction Contract: Single Prime Contract. This contract includes a goal of awarding 25 percent of the total contract value to a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) at either the prime or subcontract level. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
