The Owner is replacing the existing 69 kV Circuit Switcher and surrounding equipment at Substation 10 and Substation 12. The new breaker, steel structures, switches, surge arrestors rigid and flexible bus upgrades, control cabling/conduit and associated foundations at each site will be installed by the Contractor. Bonds required.
