The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids from qualified bidders to establish a small construction owner-contractor contract to provide renovations and regrading to the Rowser Complex Diamond Field, located at 1739 Richmond Highway, Stafford, Virginia 22554. The successful bidder will provide all material, labor, and equipment to either conical and/or single/dual slope laser-guided grading of infields and add Luck Ecosystems Choice Plus Infield Mix (or equivalent) as needed to grade. Bonds required.
