The City of Ketchum developed a Vision Plan in 2022-2023, which outlines key restoration and infrastructure improvements needed for the Preserve. This plan, approved by the Ketchum City Council in April 2023, includes floodplain restoration, ADA-compliant trail upgrades, new irrigation systems, a small 1,000 SF restroom and storage building, and improvements to access and parking areas, all in alignment with the property's deed of transfer requirements. This construction procurement package is divided into three primary scopes of work: 1. floodplain restoration, fairway improvements and preserve amenities, 2. the replacement of the irrigation system. 3. a new bathroom/storage building with associated utilities and drive and bridge
