New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property (Division), Procurement Bureau, on behalf of the Department of Environmental Protection solicits Quotes for statewide Environmental Emergency Response Services. Services encompass response, cleanup, removal, transportation, storage, treatment, disposal, detection, inspection and investigation of petroleum discharges, hazardous substance discharges, Asbestos, Low Level Radioactive Materials, solid waste, explosives and highly reactive substances. Services may also include natural disaster recovery efforts or any other specialized all hazards activities as designated by the NJDEP. Work is performed to ameliorate or prevent damage to public health and the environment. The State previously awarded Contracts from Bid Solicitation 24DPP00971 for the subject services under T2435 – Environmental Emergency Response Services: NJDEP & Statewide and issued this supplemental Solicitation to establish additional Contracts. (See attached). The State intends to award up to five (5) additional Contracts, with up to two (2) additional Contracts in the Northern Region and up to three (3) additional Contracts in the Southern Region, for all price lines specified by this Bid Solicitation. The State intends to award up to five (5) additional Contracts, with up to two (2) additional Contracts in the Northern Region and up to three (3) additional Contracts in the Southern Region, for all price lines specified by this Bid Solicitation.
