The Town of Blacksburg Public Works department is requesting proposals for lawn mowing services for the areas detailed in the attached exhibits. The services required include: - Removal of litter and any debris from lawn areas prior to mowing. Finish mowing of lawn areas to a height of 2.5-3 inches. Using a string trimmer, trim around all sidewalks, curbs, signs, guardrail, buildings, and any other obstacle within the lawn area. Remove grass clipping and other debris from asphalt and concrete surfaces adjacent to lawn areas, after each mowing is performed. Special attention shall be made to not damage trees and shrubs with mowing and trimming equipment.
