Project consists of Design Services required for bidding and construction of a detached concrete multiuse path that will extend the Big Dry Creek (BDC) Regional Trail and connect it with the trail in Quail Valley subdivision located in Thornton, Colorado (Project). The current western termination point for the BDC Trail is located just east of Interstate 25 (I-25) north of East 136th Avenue. The regional trail picks up on the north side of East 144th Avenue and Washington Street intersection. Project is federally funded, plans and specifications will need to conform to Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) standards and format.
