Mission objective to provide well-built, managed, safe affordable housing for the new Caulder Avenue Duplexes to meet the growing needs of the community of Spartanburg County and City. This will consist of twenty-four affordable one bedroom and two bedroom duplexes, ADA units, office and maintenance building, mail kiosk, and other site amenities. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
