The Purchasing Department of the Boerne Independent School District (“BISD” or the “School district”) is conducting this procurement to establish a contract(s) for Automotive/Fleet Supplies, Equipment, & Services Contract(s) issued between Boerne ISD and the successful proposers shall be for a period of one (1) year, with BISD having the option to renew the Agreement for one (1) additional year in one (1) year increments. Consequently, the total term of the Agreement may be for a period of two (2) years. The phrase “Term” in this Agreement shall mean the then-current Term of the Agreement, whether the initial term or a renewal term. Vendors are requested to submit an online response offering their total line of available products and services that are commonly purchased by school districts and other public, not-forprofit agencies and organizations. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
