Railroad Ave. and extends in an easterly direction to approximately 300 feet west of the centerline of IL 43 (Harlem Ave.) The project is located in Cook County and has a gross length of 29,678 feet (5.62 miles) and a net length of 27,667 feet (5.24 miles).
