Guadalupe County is seeking to enter into a contract, or contracts, for various pipe and culvert work for Road and Bridge projects. The projects will be completed as County need and funding allow. The County may contract with different vendors for different services If it is advantageous for the County. 2.2 Turnkey – Price per foot shall include: • Furnishing, transporting, and placing all concrete and reinforcing steel per specifications. • Excavation and backfill. • Connections to existing structure. • Replacing any portion of the existing structure, when required. • All other material, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
