The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking bids from prospective Bidders to replace and expand the existing surveillance, access control system, and AiPhone intercoms, as well as the addition of a separate surveillance system covering the District Court Cashier’s space. The upgraded surveillance and access control systems shall be unified using GENETEC Security Center software and shall be controlled from the PC/Workstation located in the DGS Office. The new surveillance system will consist of fifty-three (53) cameras, one (1) NVR device, two (2) PC/Workstations, and eleven (11) monitors for viewing. The new access control system will consist of fifty-five (55) card readers. The new AiPhone intercom systems will consist of five (5) video door stations and ten (10) answering stations. The additional standalone Cashier’s surveillance system will consist of two (2) cameras, one (1) NVR device, and one (1) monitor connected directly to the NVR device located in the County Clerk’s office. This system will not operate on GENETEC Security Center software.
