The City of Troy, NY is soliciting sealed bids to establish a price for the Replacement of Lead Service Lines for the Department of Public Utilities for 2025. The Department of Public Utilities will replace lead service lines on 7th Avenue starting at 107th Street going north and Individual replacement will be at the discretion of the City of Troy Department of Public Utilities. The City of Troy Department of Public Utilities is committed to replace lead service lines in individual homes where there has been identified elevated blood lead levels due to the lead service line, or an active leak where the lead service line must be removed as specified in the Detailed Specifications Section. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
