The Alliance Regional Water Authority (“Alliance Water”) wishes to engage a qualified firm to provide professional services to assist Alliance Water as an Owner-Advisor for the Construction Manager-at-Risk process and to provide construction management and inspection services for the expansion of its Carrizo Water System (the “Carrizo System Expansion”) described in Part 2 below. In this Request for Qualifications (this “RFQ”) the term “proponent” means either a single company or a team of companies that submit a response to this RFQ.
