The project consists of Replacement of the existing septic tank effluent pump (STEP) system with a new low pressure (LP) sewer system within the Barnes Lane sewer service area. The new LP system includes the installation of 11 new grinder pump station systems, a LP system HDPE force main piping, and a new jack and bored crossing under the BNSF right of way. The project also includes the installation of a new SCADA system RTU at a community lift station as a bid additive alternative. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
