Bidders will be allowed to tour the project site at the mandatory pre-bid meeting and a general discussion of the project will take place. Failure to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and/or site visit will automatically result in disqualification from the bid process.

Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Central State Prison Air Handler Upgrades in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. This project includes the replacement of AHU for the administration building and multiple terminal devices. Questions regarding the bidding documents, the bidding process, e-Builder, and all other questions should be submitted in e-Builder
