Remove all existing roofing and gutters, install new prefinished facia gutter and downspouts. Install 1 additional downspouts on the side of the garage near the front. Install new flashing and roof jacks. Install new 30 year laminated dimensional shingles (Owner to choose color) as per manufactured instructions. Check the entire grounding system through the home, some plugs are testing for an open ground, some are good. Provide the Housing Authority with are written estimate of any required repairs. Install GFCI outlets in the kitchen. Repair the wiring to the door bell. For single-story dwelling, 12 inches into undisturbed soil and 12 inches wide. For two-story dwelling, 15 inches wide and 18 inches to undisturbed soil. Bottom and sidewall must be squared and clean. Grade to levels;eliminate soft spots. Provide base course of gravel or gravel or sand nominal 4 inches thick. Compact thoroughly; being to true and even grade.
