The scope of the project encompasses 393,902 sf of total program, new and existing and includes a new 146,206sqft addition across Kenan Drive to the north of the existing McColl Building and Keenan Flagler Business School (KFBS). The new addition houses 82,000 sqft of program spread across four floors above two floors of below grade structured parking. A new two-level pedestrian bridge will replace the existing and connect the existing McColl Building to the new addition to the existing parking garage over Kenan Drive. Site improvements along Blythe Dr will establish the addition as a new entry to the McColl Building and KFBS. A new, partially elevated, exterior walkway along the addition's west façade connects to the new pedestrian bridge and the McColl Building. A series of cascading landscaped terraces and accessible decks connect the site from north to south along the forest while establishing a controlled path celebrating on site storm water management. Improvements to the existing, adjacent six-level parking deck, 190,378 sqft are included
