The City is soliciting proposals from firms and/or individuals with established knowledge and experience in all aspects of the services requested in this RFP during the construction phase of the WRF3 Lift Station Project. Consultant’s services shall generally include, but are not limited to, performing construction management and quality assurance inspections, geotechnical and materials testing, and public outreach related services as required to manage the construction contract and monitor and coordinate activities of the Contractor to complete the project. It is anticipated the Notice to Proceed will be presented the construction contractor in early January 2021 with construction completion scheduled for November 2021. Construction administration and inspection services are expected to be required beginning December 2020 and extend to May 2022. Prevailing wages.Q&A due by 09/16/20 at 5PM.
