Remove and replace the exiwsting retaining wall and columns (wall) that are immediately adjacent to the sidewalk located on the perimeter of the County Courthouse. The wall to be removed and replaced is from the north side of the east Courthouse entrance (Chestnut) to 1st Street, all of 1st Streeet to Maple then Maple south to the north side of the west entrance into the Courthouse approx 355LF.
