The work to be done consists of clearing and grubbing plant material, re-establishing grade per the plans, repairing and adding irrigation to new and existing plant material, installing lighting bollards, installing cobble and relocating existing boulders, and maintaining the area during the plant and establishment period indicated in the specifications. Contractor to provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents for the above stated project. 60 calendar days.
