ELS Construction is seeking subcontractors for tenant improvement of 12,500 Sf Diamonds Direct at 3115 W Loop S, Building A, Houston TX 77054 for the following trades: Acoustical Ceilings, Awnings/Canopies, Concrete (New Construction), Conveying Systems, Demolition (Include grinding floor to care concrete after demo), Doors / Frames / Hardware, Drywall, EIFS / Stucco, Electrical, Elevators, Final Clean (5 coats of wax on VCT & Sealer Coat), Finish Carpentry / Millwork / Fixturing (install owner supplied wood base), Fire Alarm, Flooring (Includes VCT, Carpet, Tile), Glass & Mirrors, Storefront Glass, HVAC, Insulation (Spray Foam Fire-proofing), Lab Testing (Special Inspections – Concrete testing and steel inspection), Ornamental Metals, Painting, Wall Covering, Plumbing, Roofing, Roof - Ladder/Hatch, Saw Cutting & Concrete Pour Back, Steel – Erection, Steel – Structural, Steel Fabrication, Surveying, Temporary Fencing, Test / Balance, Tinting, Toilet Accessories, Waterproofing .
