The Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and supervision for the construction and completion of approximately 2,200 linear feet of roadway improvements, with associated storm, wastewater, water, utility undergrounding, street lighting, signing, striping, and landscaping. Prequalification of bidders is required (application must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on May 19th). Project shall be substantially complete by September 1, 2023 and the final completion date shall be November 17, 2023. The Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be issued in July 2022. Questions are due no later than 2:00 PM on May 19th and must be submitted via the bid management website used by the City.
