This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a Local Let Maintenance Contract consisting of the purchase and delivery and purchase and pick up of asphalts, oils & emulsions (materials only). Material requests shall be issued by work order. The contractor will deliver to a designated location as defined in each work order issued by TxDot or the assigned representative. Some work orders will require the materials to be picked up by TxDot or TxDOT contracted trucks at the Contractor's plant. Time For Completion: 120 Calendar Days.
