Professional engineering design services, bid support services and engineeringservices during construction for the 2023/24 Gravity Sewer Improvements Project.The District’s infrastructure assessment plan identified ninety sewers in San Anselmo, Greenbrae, and Fairfax for rehabilitation by pipe-bursting and open-cut methods. The District requires professional engineering design services, bid support services and engineering services during construction (the “Services”) of the sewer rehabilitation to include preparation of construction documents and engineer’s estimates. Services shall also include bid support services to include responding to bidder’s questions, preparing addenda, and reviewing and evaluating bids. Engineering Services During Construction (ESDC) will include support for inspection, requests for information, and submittal review. Questions deadline to contact listed above is 9/20/22 by 4 pm.
