Redwood City School District is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide the following items for the Garfield Community School New Classrooms, Modernization & CDC Complex 2 Project; Increment 1: Partial demolition and demolition of existing buildings and portables. Construction of new two-story classroom and library building with exterior cast-in-place concrete amphitheater,new site work, new play area, new parking lot, rerouting of existing utilities,and various building and site upgrades. Increment 2: Delivery and installation of on-grade portable "CDC" buildings. Prequalification required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
