The Gloucester Courthouse Pedestrian Facility consists of the construction of a brick wall, walkway paving, seating areas, site, drainage, landscaping and other miscellaneous site improvements and all appurtenances. Services provided by the Contractor shall include, but shall not be limited to, the furnishing of all materials, equipment, labor, tools, fuels, power, water, and testing necessary to construct the proposed facilities in accordance with the Contract Drawings and Specifications.
