Harford County Public Schools or HCPS, invites all interested and qualified Contractors/Bidders to submit a bid for Gutter and Fascia Replacement at Abingdon Elementary School. Scope: Remove and properly dispose of gutter and fascia from the back of the Media Center (approximately 48 feet). Furnish and install new gutter, bracketry, metal studs and fascia to match original construction, substituting stainless steel for the gutters, top spacers and downspout connectors as indicated on the attached documentation. No Substitution on the stainless steel. Repair any damage to grass and grounds caused by work to original condition. Bonds Are Not Required.
