Details are as follows: • The current Generator is a propane fueled 100 KW Generac, Model – 12341830100, Serial # 2107670, Engine # 0H0923 with a Zenith ZTG ATS. • The Contractor shall inspect, test, preform preventive maintenance and maintain a record of service on the existing generator and all components abiding by all codes, manufactures recommendations and instructions written within this Contract. • Maintenance, inspections and any testing shall be conducted every three (3) months or per manufactures recommendations. • If repairs are needed, the Contractor shall contact the one of the POC’s for approval prior to performing repairs. The Contractor shall include any filters, any fluids, oil and normal maintenance items within the quarterly cost. • The Contractor shall have a three (3) hour or less response time concerning any issues with the Generator. • The Contractor shall have the ability to work on all aspects of the equipment including but not limited to software programing, any and all electrical, hardware, specialty tools, etc.
