The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) is requesting proposals from C33 licensed painting contractors for interior cycle painting in approximately 40 units at various sites throughout the City of Alameda between October 1st and September 30th of each year. At its discretion, AHA may award additional units and vacant turnover units based on vacancy rate and renew this three-year initial-term contract for up to two additional one-year extensions for a maximum term of five years. Extensions will be based on budget and satisfactory contractor performance. Prevailing wages apply.
