Scope includes constructing a secondary overflow channel and a new bridge over Willow Creek. Including realigning a pedestrian path, construction of retaining walls, installation of illumination system, installation of a sanitary sewer lateral, and reconstruction of pavement, curbs and sidewalks upon completion. All work shall be substantially completed by August 20, 2022.
