The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary to complete the road improvements associated with the 2021 Joint T-SPLOST, which includes but is not limited to the paving and resurfacing of 5.4 miles of roadway. All work shall be done in accordance with the following: Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications (Current edition), Supplemental Specifications. The Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in a written "Work Order" of the Owner and to fully complete the work on or by Saturday April 30, 2022 thereafter as stipulated in the specifications. All potential bidders must be prequalified with GDOT.
