There will be pre-bid meetings held for this project on Thursday and Friday January 14th & 15th, 2021 at the Joliet Public Library. We will send out further information to sign up for certain times based on bid package those days.

This project consists of renovation of the Lower Level, 1st, and 2nd floors of the Library with project start date set for March 2021. Generally, the work may be described as follows: Demolition, Carpet/Resilient Flooring & Base, Masonry, Wall/Floor Tile/Terrazzo, Structural/Ornamental Steel, Painting General Trades, Elevator, Millwork/Casework, Fire Protection, Aluminum/Glazing, Plumbing, Metal Stud Framing/Drywall, HVAC, Ceilings/Wall & Ceiling Panels, Electrical. Bonds. Prevailing wages. All bids will be received at Joliet Public Library, 150 N Ottawa Street, Joliet, IL.
