This project is being electronically bid and hard copy bids will not be accepted. The City of Lawrence is issuing this Request for Bids (“RFB”) to invite pre-qualified Trade Contractors to submit bids for trade contract work for the Lawrence Oliver Partnership School project in accordance with the documents prepared by Symmes Maini & McKee Associates, also known as SMMA. The overall project consists of an Addition and Renovation to the existing Henry K. Oliver building. The addition will be approximately 144,680 sf and the renovation will be approximately 17,320 sf bringing the total area to 162,000 sf. The new school will house 1,000 students, grades K-8. Must be prequalified. Deadline for questions 8/15/22 by 2 pm. DBE/MBE/WBE participation requirements.
