This project consists of selective demolition and replacement of floor coverings. To be eligible to respond to this bid, Contractors must pre-qualify as outlined in CCSD Board Administrative Rule FGC-R which is available on the CCSD website, www.cobbk12.org by selecting “Menu” link, then select “Board”, then select “Policies & Rules”, then select Section “F” and choose FGC-R. The deadline for submitting pre-qualification requirements for this project is 3:00 PM ET on October 4, 2022. Contractors must provide proof of previous job experience within 30% of the cost of this project. CCSD will consider the pre-qualification submittal and respond within five (5) business days. All communications concerning these documents must be submitted through the CCSD Bonfire Interactive Portal. Only inquiries received by 3:00 PM ET on October 4, 2022 will be considered. Responses to all inquiries will be posted to the CCSD Bonfire Interactive Portal.
