The City of Bakersfield is requesting bids from experienced and reputable contractors for Lowell Park Picnic Area Rehabilitation and ADA Improvement Project in accordance with the specifications included in the attached. The work to be performed at Lowell Park in general includes: The rehabilitation of a picnic area where the existing asphalt shall be removed and replaced with concrete. Additional concrete sidewalk and other ADA improvements throughout the park site to provide ADA accessibility to the various site amenities are included in the scope of work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
