Written Questions Due No Later Than: Ten (10) days prior to Bid Due Date. It is estimated a Notice to Proceed is issued such that work starts on or about March 1, 2023. Each awarded vendor’s contract and prices shall be valid for an initial Term of three (3) years from contract execution, renewable.
