The project replaces the Muse Drive Bridge over South Columbia Basin Irrigation District’s Scooteney Wasteway. The new bridge will be in the same general footprint with a wider driving surface to meet current standards and functional requirements. Increasing from 24’ in width to 32’ in width, containing two 10’ travel lanes and 6’ shoulders. The bridge length is 66 feet between pavement seats and completely spans the existing earth canal. The project also includes installing guardrail, HMA paving, and other work. DBE goal 11%
