Estimate: $500,000

Renovation of an existing retail space into a library facility, which includes demolition of existing interior spaces and of all surfaces. Replace exterior windows and entrances. Install new doors and hardware, new interior walls with glass panel and create new restrooms as well as renovate the existing restroom facility. Add new mop sink closet. Install new ceilings, flooring, ceiling lighting and all interior finishes. Establish new exterior patio deck, ADA path of travel, sidewalk, and parking spaces and meet all ADA compliance requirements. Remove and reinstall landscaping and irrigation as needed. Install new exterior signage with paint and trim as required. Coordinate onsite-shelving move from the old library space within the complex and install it in the new space. Provide and complete installation of the security system, camera system, card entry access and data ports. Contractor’s B license is required.
