The City of Clearlake would like to award a contract for Plumbing Services on City owned buildings. This contract would be a term of three (3) years. Buildings will include - 14050 Olympic Drive ( City Hall/Police Department Building), 3245 Bowers Avenue (Senior Community Center), 14295 Lakeshore Drive (Chamber of Commerce/Visitor Center), 4750 Golf Avenue (Youth Center). Buildings may be added or deleted as needed. This award will be for on call and after hour emergencies. Last Day to Submit Questions for Clarification:October 4, 2022, 4:45pm
