The work to be performed under this Contract is located at the MDTA Police Headquarters Building, 4330 Broening Highway, Baltimore, Maryland 21222. within the MDTA Francis Scott Key Bridge Facility. This project includes the selective upgrades of the two-story Police Headquarters Building at the Francis Scott Key Bridge Facility. Project work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Exterior selective demolition and re-build of the envelope, including masonry and flashing repair; and roof repair and coating. 2. Repair of localized floor slab on grade differential settlement. 3. Replacement of an existing aluminum storefront vestibule. Bonds required.
