Project is to remove existing Riverwalk concrete, with exposed aggregate finish, and replace it with City Standard stamped concrete Riverwalk (CTY STD 600.12). Project site is the Riverwalk located between the Port Exchange Building and Wicomico River in Downtown Salisbury, immediately west of Mill Street. The closest viable address for reference is 312 W Main St. Salisbury, MD 21801 (Port Exchange Building). The City will supply the stamps for the patterning of the concrete. Actual stamping and the furnishing of all remaining needed materials are the responsible of the Successful Vendor. Vendor shall have 90 (ninety) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed to complete the project. Bonds required.
