This project involves removing existing structures 017-0003 and 017-0004 and replacing both with new structures. This work shall be completed utilizing stage construction for structure 017- 0003 and a road closure for structure 017-0004. Roadway improvements include earth excavation and embankment, tree removal, milling and hotmix asphalt resurfacing, pavement removal, new guardrail and traffic barrier terminals, erosion control, seeding, pavement marking, traffic control, and any other work necessary to complete this section. DBE goal for this project is 6%. EEO requirements.
