The work will include, but not be limited to, removal of the existing twin corrugated steel pipes, replacement with a precast 4-sided concrete box culvert. The wingwalls will be cast-in-place on spread footings. There will be full depth pavement reconstruction within the limits of the project. The Contractor shall have a maximum of eighty (80) consecutive calendar days from the date Notice to Proceed is issued to complete the project and before November 12, 2021 if the project is to be completed in 2021, or before July 29, 2022 if the project is to be completed in 2022.
