The primary purpose of this inspection is to determine specific repair requirements and feasibility of such repair of North Palmer tank. The primary purpose of this inspection is to determine whether the roof structure can be repaired or if it simply needs to be replaced entirely. A recent evaluation of the reservoir has revealed significant corrosion under or near the supporting roof structure. A detailed evaluation of the roof is required to determine the extent of deterioration, especially between the steel plate roof and the supporting rafters below
