The Town of Plymouth seeks bids for road reclamation and paving, hot mix asphalt (HMA) and related items, including full depth excavation, reclamation of existing pavement structure, producing stabilized base courses for roadway areas, pavement milling, resurfacing overlays with HMA, pavement markings and other miscellaneous roadway improvements. Only prospective bidders pre-qualified for Highway Construction or Pavement Surfacing by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Transportation are eligible to submit a bid. The agreement shall be for the period of contract execution through December 31, 2022. At the sole discretion of the Town, and subject to appropriation of funds, this agreement may be extended for the period January 1, 2023, though December 31, 2023, and January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. The project value is estimated to be $3,000,000 per year, with a total of $9,000,000 over the possible 3-year term.
